how far ahead should i enquire?
For office and private-home orders, at least one week is helpful. Styled events, marquees and hospitality suites should be booked several weeks ahead. Earlier bookings receive the best choice of flowers and delivery times.
can you use our company colours?
Yes. We can work from company colours, invitations, venue images or a general mood. We can also reference the traditional race-day colours while keeping the flowers suited to your brand and space.
do you deliver and style on race days?
Yes, subject to availability. Sally and Ton personally deliver every order. Timed delivery, on-site placement, styling and later vase collection are quoted according to location, access and scale.
can you send gifts to multiple clients?
Yes. We can coordinate multiple arrangements and Melbourne delivery addresses from one brief. Send us your recipient list and preferred budget, and we will prepare one clear quote.
can you manage accreditation, bump-in + bump-out?
Yes. For racecourses, marquees and managed venues, we coordinate delivery, installation, bump-in, bump-out and vase collection around the venue schedule. The client or event producer must confirm supplier approval, passes, vehicle access and delivery windows. Any inductions, accreditation, parking or restricted-access costs are included in the quote once the venue requirements are known.
