What does Printemps mean?
Printemps is the French word for “spring,” symbolising renewal, freshness, and a new season of beauty.
Can you guarantee the flowers will look exactly like the photo?
Not always. Spring flowers are highly seasonal, and if a bloom sells out, we’ll wait for the next fresh batch or substitute with the closest colour and variety available.
Will the colour palette be the same as in the photo?
We will make it as close as possible to what you see in the image.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Melbourne, including Toorak, South Yarra, Armadale, Brighton, Essendon, Hawthorn, Brunswick, Moonee Ponds, and surrounding suburbs.

Recut stems on an angle before placing in fresh water.
Change water every 2 days to prevent bacteria build-up.
Keep away from direct sunlight and heating vents.
Avoid placing near fruit bowls (ethylene gas shortens vase life).
Add flower food if available,
delivery information
Same day delivery available for order placed by 11am, Monday to Friday.
Weekend deliveries (Saturday & Sunday) must be placed by 11:59pm Friday.
Delivery window: Arrangements are delivered between 9am-6pm, grouped by suburb to minimise our environmental footprint.
VIP timed delivery: A premium service available for an additional $20 – simply tick the option at checkout and select your preferred time.
If no one is available on delivery: Our driver will attempt to contact the recipient directly to make arrangements.
If contact cannot be made & there is no safe place to leave your order: The order will be returned to our studio, and a $20 re-delivery fee will apply.
Your responsibility: Please ensure delivery details are accurate and include the recipient’s phone number.

Every stem is sourced fresh from Melbourne’s flower markets on the morning of your delivery, ensuring quality and longevity.
Because our designs are fully market-dependent, every Printemps bouquet is unique. Ordering ahead gives you the best chance of receiving the bouquet exactly as pictured, but if something shifts at the markets, Sally & Ton will always substitute with the closest colours and seasonal varieties to keep the look consistent and uplifting.

Every arrangement is made to order, never pulled from old shop stock. We buy your flowers fresh from market on the morning of delivery, then design your arrangement just for you. If a specific bloom isn’t available, we’ll substitute with flowers of equal or higher value, keeping the same colour story, style and fullness you see here.
