Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 11am, Monday to Friday.
Weekend deliveries must be placed by 11:59pm Friday.
Our standard delivery window is 9am–6pm.
Deliveries are grouped by suburb to reduce travel time and environmental impact.
VIP timed delivery is available as a premium add-on where offered.
If no one is home or the delivery details are incorrect, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details and ensuring the recipient is available.
