FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS
All of the floral arrangements created at Sally Wright Flower Studio are made by us in-store. We take the utmost care when creating your unique arrangements and we pride ourselves on only choosing the best quality flowers that are available to us.
People shop with us because they like our unique style and image, and they trust that we will create the best arrangement based on the information provided to us.
We take the time to understand the recipient in order to create the best possible arrangement. We encourage you to add additional notes to your order so that we can get a better idea of the personality behind the order.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your blooms, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours and do our best to rectify the situation. The goods must be returned to the shop within 48 hours.
Flowers, plants, homewares and other goods will not be refunded due to change of mind if no fault in the product is detected or if the arrangement isn’t to your taste – please remember that we are all human and are dealing with fresh produce.
WEBSITE IMAGES
All the arrangements on our website are accompanied by images that are to be used as a guide only. Due to seasonal availability, we cannot always get the same flower varieties and colours. The arrangements we create will always be unique but we encourage you to leave order notes if you want a bit more of a specific style to your arrangement. Although we may not be able to fulfil all your specific needs, they will give us a little bit more direction and will allow us to create the most accurate possible arrangement that you are after.

DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
We calculate delivery charges based solely on postcode (not on the location of the address within a suburb) so please take care when inputting these details. The final delivery cost will be calculated after postcode has been entered and these costs will be added to your order before it is processed.
Sally Wright Flower Studio reserves the right to charge an additional delivery charge (payable by the customer) under particular circumstances, which may include misspelled or incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order, or difficulty or delays caused by misleading information provided.
If your order falls on a public holiday, and the store is closed, then we will deliver your flowers the day before. Due to running a small business, we may not be quick enough to disable the public holiday delivery day.
If your items fail to be delivered they will have to be returned to our store and the additional courier fee may be passed on to you. We will then need to organise re-delivery, which may incur another additional charge. Alternatively, you can collect it from the store free of charge.
Please make sure the contact details for the recipient are correct so that we can coordinate an appropriate delivery schedule with them. This is really important so that we can get your beautiful flowers out on time and on schedule!
To guarantee same day delivery, please place your order by 12 noon AEST. However, if you really need your order delivered the same day and it is after midday, please give us a call in store and we can see what we can do.
PRICES
All prices quoted include GST. Prices for our goods and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make modifications or remove certain products without notice.
PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL
To purchase an accompanying bottle of champagne with any order, you, as well as the recipient, must be over the age of 18 years old. Alcohol is not sold separately, it is only available with the purchase of flowers
